What is Marked Label?

Marked Label is a nonprofit that builds software and digital tools designed to support ministries, missionaries, churches, and faith-based nonprofits. We focus on creating technology that simplifies operations so leaders can focus on serving people.

Marked Label began with a shared vision to bridge faith and technology. We saw ministries with passion but without the digital tools to sustain or grow their work. Our goal is to provide trustworthy software that supports their mission, not distract from it.

We primarily serve missionaries, churches, ministries, and faith-driven nonprofits. Our tools are built for people who want easy, reliable, stewardship-focused software to support their work.

What kind of software does Marked Label create?

We build nonprofit software platforms that help ministries with giving, growth, communication, operations, and digital infrastructure. Each product focuses on making day-to-day ministry work simpler and more effective.

Is Marked Label a for-profit company?

No. Marked Label is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to offer technology that empowers faith-driven work, not to maximize profit.

How is Marked Label funded?

Marked Label is supported through donations and revenue from the software tools we build. All funds are reinvested back into our mission, improving products, and supporting ministries globally.

Do ministries need to be a certain denomination to work with you?

No. Marked Label partners with ministries and missionaries across many Christian backgrounds. Our focus is on supporting Gospel-centered work regardless of tradition or denomination.

How does Marked Label ensure stewardship and transparency?

Every product we create is designed with accountability, clarity, and stewardship in mind. As a nonprofit, our finances, operations, and product decisions prioritize user trust and mission impact.

Can individuals use Marked Label tools, or only organizations?

Anyone can use our tools — it just depends on the product. Each platform is designed for different groups, from individual missionaries to churches and nonprofits.

Does Marked Label offer support or training?

Yes. Our team provides onboarding help, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure ministries know how to use our software tools effectively.

Becoming a partner in giving

How can I make a donation to Marked Label?

You can donate anytime by clicking the Donate button on our homepage or in the top navigation bar.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes. Marked Label Inc. is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so donations made directly to us are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

How can I set up a recurring donation?

When filling out the donation form, simply choose Give monthly under “How often would you like to give.”

Managing my donations

How can I view my donation history?

Open the menu in the navbar, select Manage Giving, and then click View My Giving History.

Can I change a recurring donation amount?

Yes! To update your recurring donation, you have two options:

If you need to change your email, either contact us or go to Manage Giving, cancel your current recurring donation, and set up a new one.

How do I cancel a recurring donation?

Open the menu in the navbar, go to Manage Giving, and click Cancel Recurring Donation.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your monthly donation, go to the Give page, select Give Monthly, and enter your new card information and amount. Make sure to use the same email you currently use for your monthly donation.

How do I request a refund for a donation?

Refunds are only approved in limited circumstances. To request one, please contact us at support@markedlabel.org

How can I download or print my donation receipts?

Go to the Manage Giving page and select View My Giving History. You’ll then be prompted to enter your email and the year of giving you’d like to review, after which you can download or print your receipts.

How can I view or edit my personal information associated with my donations?

What should I do if I didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation email for my donation?

Please allow some time for your donation receipt to arrive. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, contact us at support@markedlabel.org
